Please use the below form to check availability and provisionally book your date. And use the below link to pay your £50 Deposit, once the payment is complete the appointment will then be approved. If the payment is not received in 24 hours the appointment will be rejected.

- DVLA Check Code
- Picture of the front and back of your licence
