To Book
Please use the below form to check availability and provisionally book your date. We will then email you with a payment link once the payment is complete the appointment will then be approved. If the payment is not received in 24 hours the appointment will be rejected.
Please also send over the below Documents to info@cshvehiclehire.co.uk;
- Signed Hire Agreement
- Confirmation you have read the terms and conditions
- DVLA Check Code
- Picture of the front and back of your licence
- Two Proof of Address dated within 3 months of the hire date, the full list of accepted Documents can be found here (Accepted Documents)
